FAQ

What happens when I report a profile?

Your report goes to the Crinkles Club team. We look at the profile and decide what to do next.

Do I need an account to report?

No. You can report a profile without logging in.

Is my report anonymous?

If you report while logged out, there's nothing linking it back to you. If you report while logged in, we keep a record of who sent it, but it's never shared with anyone outside the team reviewing it.

Will the person know I reported them?

No. Reports are never shared with the profile you reported.

What should I report?

Anything that breaks the Community Guidelines: a fake profile, a suspected underage user, harassment, inappropriate content, spam, or anything else that doesn't feel right.

How long does a review take?

There's no fixed time, but reports are looked at regularly.

Can I send more than one report?

Yes. Report as many profiles as you need to, and report the same profile more than once if it keeps happening.

What happens to a suspended profile?

It's hidden from Browse and from everyone except its owner and admins. While a profile is suspended, its owner can't log in.

My profile was suspended and I think it's a mistake.

Suspensions are reviewed by a person, not decided automatically. If you think yours was a mistake, it will be looked at again.
